Melissa Renee Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely on a flexible schedule, contributing to the growth of various business sectors within our agency.

Responsibilities:
1. Generate high-quality leads across multiple industries through various channels (e.g., online research, social media, networking)
2. Utilize provided marketing materials effectively while adhering to marketing communication rules and regulations
3. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase the client base
4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
5. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate lead information
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets to unlock bonuses and additional perks, including a dedicated business line and email address
7. Monitor and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry contacts
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing

Compensation:
Commission-only
Competitive pay structure with weekly/monthly payout options
Commission for leads range from $10 to $150 per lead, depending on the industry client
Health Leads: Paid Monthly
Business Leads: Paid Weekly
