Licensed Insurance Agent

Melissa Renee Agency is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing insurance policies, including ACA, Medicare, Supplemental, Health, and Life insurance.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients
2. Provide information and advice on various insurance products
3. Assist clients in selecting the best insurance policies for their needs
4. Complete and process insurance applications
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
6. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of clients
- Detail-oriented and organized

Compensation:
Commission-only, paid by carrier (some pay daily, others monthly)
